TEBBR provides a specialized digital environment to organize the display of gold jewelry and bullions, providing tools to help the user inspect products and communicate before making a purchase decision.

By using the platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and policies.

1. Nature of the Platform

TEBBR is a digital platform that acts as a technical intermediary to organize product displays and facilitate the purchasing experience for users.
The platform is not considered a direct seller of the displayed products unless expressly stated.

The platform's responsibility is limited to:

• Providing the technical environment for displaying products.
• Organizing orders within the system.
• Providing inspection and communication tools within the application.

2. Account Creation

When creating an account on the TEBBR platform, the user commits to the following:

• Providing true and accurate information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account login data.
• Not sharing the account with any other party.
• Bearing responsibility for all activities conducted through the account.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account used in a manner that violates these terms or regulations.

3. Product Information

Information, images, specifications, and prices of products are displayed on the platform to enable the user to review them before making a purchase decision.

4. Gold Price Fluctuations

Due to the nature of the gold market, global prices may change at any time according to market fluctuations.
The prices displayed on the platform are linked to global gold prices, and the final price is approved at the time of delivery at the door.

5. Inspection Before Purchase

TEBBR provides tools to help the user inspect products before purchasing, such as:

• Video call within the application.
• TEBBR Studio to virtually try on the product.
• Viewing images and specifications.
• Connecting with a platform advisor.

The user acknowledges that the decision to purchase is made based on their review and inspection of the product.

6. Payment and Delivery (Sharia Compliance)

Payment and handover are carried out according to the mechanism approved within the TEBBR platform at the door, in accordance with Islamic Sharia regulations related to the hand-to-hand exchange of gold.

Payment methods include:

• Cash on Delivery
• Bank Transfer (Only to the approved ADIB account for the platform)

7. Delivery and Handover

Orders are delivered through a specialized delivery company.
The platform makes every effort to organize the delivery process safely, but it does not bear responsibility for any delay or circumstances beyond its control that may affect the delivery process.

8. Return Policy

Shipments may be returned before receipt and before opening the shipment. This right is canceled thereafter.
Receiving the order serves as an acknowledgment of the user's approval of the product.

9. Order Cancellation or Refusal of Receipt

In the event of repeated refusal to receive orders or repeated cancellations, the platform has the right to take regulatory measures such as:

• Restricting certain services related to the account.
• Temporarily suspending the account.

10. Fair Use

The user commits not to utilize the platform for any illegal activity, including:

• Fraud or attempted fraud.
• Providing misleading information.
• Harming other users.
• Attempting to bypass platform systems.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

TEBBR is keen to protect user privacy.
The platform may collect some required data to operate the service, such as:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Account information
• Order and transaction data
• Technical information such as IP address

This data is used to manage accounts, improve user experience, and comply with regulations.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the TEBBR platform, including:

• Trademark
• Design
• Content
• Technical systems

are the exclusive property of TEBBR and may not be used without prior permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

TEBBR makes every effort to organize a safe user experience; however, the platform is not responsible for:

• Gold price fluctuations.
• Any incorrect use of the platform.
• Any circumstances beyond the platform's control.

14. Force Majeure

The platform is not responsible for any delay or inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond its control, such as:

• Natural disasters.
• Government decisions.
• Major technical failures.

15. Modification of Terms

TEBBR reserves the right to modify these terms and policies from time to time in accordance with the development of the platform's services or regulatory requirements.

16. Applicable Law

The use of the TEBBR platform is subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
